with But or And. Out of all, a positive outlook in life is one of the most
important things you can do to improve your life. Positivity can help you to
make some of the biggest changes in your life. So how do you improve your
positive mindset? How can you be positive about yourself? You can start by
focusing on these 4-ways to be more positive in 2023:

  • Do not chase happiness

    Have you ever been in a situation where you thought about how you should
    sound in a conversation? Have you ever been so focused on making sure
    everything at dinner was perfect and that everyone should be comfortable
    that you forgot to be present? It’s time to to rethink where you want your
    consciousness to be. You don’t have to wait for things to make youhappy.
    You can choose to be happy right now.

    The truth is that happiness is a choice, and it’s up to you to make it
    happen. You can choose to be happy today or tomorrow; it’s all up to you!
    So instead of waiting for happiness, why not take action and remind
    yourself to experience it right now?

  • Treasure your inner world

    Do you find yourself feeling envious of your co-worker’s accomplishments?
    You are not alone in experiencing this emotion.

    There are lots of reasons why you might feel like you’re not living up to
    your potential, and it can be hard to identify them. But don’t let the
    fact that your inner critic is telling you that you’re not good enough
    stop you from finding out what those reasons are! Well it doesn’t end
    there, once you figure out what’s going on, it’ll be easier to understand
    and take action towards uplifting and really valuing yourself and that
