Familiar with the term- life coach? You have probably heard it in conversation or know someone who has one.. What is a life coach? What do life coaches do? Who needs a life coach? Do you? How can they really help?In this post, I will be looking at the answers to these questions and more!

Who is a life coach & what does a life coach do?

A life coach is someone who helps you to achieve your goals. They guide you to get clarity on what you want, help you set goals, and support you in achieving them. A life coach will work with you to identify any blocks that may be stopping you from achieving your goal and then help you overcome those blocks.

A key element of the coaching process is reflection. By providing regular feedback and reflecting on your progress, they help to keep you focused on your goals. 

Life coaching can take many forms, but at its heart, it is about empowering people to become more fulfilled in their lives by supporting  them to take the path  towards positive change.
